A. All jobs and deliveries are COD unless otherwise approved in advance.
B. All trees picked up at Eagle Mountain Tree Farm will be paid for when loaded
      unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
C. The customer assumes all risks and liabilities for any and all material
      purchased without the expressed written P&G (planted and guaranteed)
      warranty from Eagle Mountain Tree Farm.
D. Eagle Mountain Tree Farm guarantees all material to be in good condition
      when shipped. All claims must be made upon receipt of goods. Guarantee
      on P&G (planted and guaranteed) orders is for one year from the effect date
      of completion of the installation. This is a one-time replacement guarantee.
E. Our regular terms are cash; accounts with established credit are on a net 30
      day basis. Past due accounts are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per
      month (19% per annum), plus cost of collection if necessary. A $30 service
      charge will be assessed on all returned checks.
F. The P&G (planted & guaranteed) price does not include staking the trees or
      the use of additional soils or composts.
